Macba, Barcelona, 2021
After the experience in the Dubai exhibition where the designer, Alfonso de la Fuente worked on the raffia material, the studio changed its context and for the Macba museum, at the request of the client, a warmer atmosphere for a space that was minimalist and architectural. It is achieved by recreating the tiki bar style, with carvings of organic shapes of wood in the bar and above all, breaking the space with luminaires built with large pieces of raffia and grids, complemented with leaves and flowers.
